The first thing you’ll do when you sign up is meet with our Founder, Skye Waterson. A former academic and ADHD Coach with ADHD, Skye will be your personal guide through the process. 

 

In addition to 1:1 Coaching Sessions With Skye, you will also have:
 

  • Your own private digital space to break down tasks, outline positive changes and ask Skye any questions throughout the week. 

  • Access to 12 weekly body-doubling sessions led by one of our UO Coaches, who provides the accountability and support you need to focus

Everything You Need To Start Making Positive Change

Once you have developed your plan with Skye, she will then teach you strategies to start building momentum and point you toward the infographics and videos you need to remember what you’ve learned. As part of that, you will have:
 

  • Access to Four Weekly Troubleshooting sessions where you can connect with like-minded peers and talk about ADHD strategies and struggles together. 

  • Infographics and videos to help you lock in your learning
